Chris and the team at Crestview were nothing less than wonderful with us. We had come from Regina in a relative's car, and initially all seemed good. On the road, a couple of things happened, and ultimately, we got to Saskatoon with no heat! As Crestview happened to be very close, we went straight there. Chris immediately agreed to check our tires and then address the heat issue. As we had to return to Regina the same day, they worked quickly and efficiently to get us on the road. Unfortunately, the repair could not be completed, but the team found a way to get us enough heat to travel back home! Additionally, I received a text from them that evening checking that we made it home alright! Above and beyond!! And so greatly appreciated. They were also very enjoyable company as we had to wait a short while in the lobby!! Thanks again to a great team and good people.

Amazing customer service…obviously Crestview is like no other in the city…they’ve been a successful business for 35 years and I clearly see why. From the second my call was answered to the second I drove away in a fixed vehicle I was blown away by their incredible service. Chris has great customer service, even on a Friday at 8 AM! I like how they email you an inspection report for your vehicle as they are working on it. I came in for a wheel alignment and came out with aligned wheels and a nicely cleaned car. Thanks Crestview, I'll surely be coming again when the Saskatoon potholes inevitably reverse the alignment you did on my car.

I was just leaving Saskatoon to head home when my car started acting up. I was lucky to find this shop through Google maps. They were able to fit me in late afternoon to start diagnostics. They were able to identify the cause the next morning and provided me with options for parts and repair. The service advisor (Brock) was good about providing updates as I had to keep extending my hotel stay. They were also great at providing reassurance that the car would be fixed and drive well for the long drive home. Although I could have tried to shop around for a lower price, the ability to be on the road again in 48 hours was more important. The people were kind, helpful and I would recommend this shop to others.

I brought my car here for an out of province inspection, routine service, and a new exhaust. Really great service throughout; Brock and Chris kept me up to date on everything, confirming with me before any work was done, with photos and a handy online report. Price was very reasonable, exhaust was ordered and fitted in less time than expected, and the shuttle to/from my house with Andrei made everything very convenient. Getting a washed car back was an added bonus. Spotless premises too, will be back, cheers gents!

Customer service is paramount to us. All staff at Crestview have always given us tremendous customer service. We met Chris H. about 12 years ago when we got our 16 year old daughter her car, a 2000 Protégé. We asked Chris H. to inspect it thoroughly. As parents, we told him her car always has to be as safe as absolutely possible. From that moment on, Chris has ensured her car has been maintained perfectly. Her car remains in beautiful shape all these years thanks to Chris H! Chris H. is a phenomenal communicator, extremely professional and knowledgeable. His warm personality is icing on the cake!
