I have taken a few of my vehicles to Crestview. They are very straight up and professional in what they do. It is easy to get upset over a big bill for maintenance or repairs on a vehicle but everyone needs to understand that's a part of owning one. Crestview has made my experiences as painless as possible. They are very thorough with everything and they even wash and clean your vehicle when they are done!

From all of us at Crestview Auto Service; Thank-you for taking the time to leave a review. We look forward to helping you with you vehicle. Don Klassen

I recently took my car to Crestview for some repairs. I spent $969, which was about $150 above the quote they gave me. I wasn't too concerned about that, paid and went home. As far as I can tell, they did a fine job with the repairs. Unfortunately, when I got home, I noticed someone had seriously damaged my passenger door. I took the car back in to show them the damage and long story short, they are not willing to accept any responsibility. I know without a doubt the damage happened at Crestview but since I'm unable to prove it, there's nothing more I can do. I am very disappointed with the outcome of this situation.

Thank-you for allowing us to service your car and the review, we appreciate hearing from our customers. Our mission statement states, “You will never be presented with an invoice larger than the most current estimate. No Surprises!” During our consultation with you, you authorized $975 including taxes for the repairs on your vehicle. As is our policy this has been documented with the time and date. The total invoice for your car repair was less than the amount you authorized. I would suggest that you should never be okay with spending more than what you have authorized. The damage that was shown to me was on the passenger side door. To perform the repairs on your vehicle, we would have no reason to open the passenger door. Multiple staff members had noticed the body damage on the passenger side, as well as the driver door and trunk, early in the day before the repairs were performed. Our staff had no reason to believe that you weren’t aware of these areas because you had told us that you “had just purchased the vehicle and knew the body was not in the best condition”. The damage was not fresh, as there are rubbing marks on the door pillar that line up with the door damage. This shows that the door has been bent for an extended period of time and has been rubbing on the body. Once again: Thank-you for allowing us to service your vehicle.
