As you know with your truck and the amount of custom wiring that had been done to it by a previous owner, such as the many switches added to the headliner, wiring being disconnected and hanging along with the bare unprotected poorly repaired power wires. There was a lot of testing and inspection to do so that we could confirm that you would not have a repeated battery failure or an electrical short and possibly a fire (all of this testing is part of the $700 you have mentioned). As with each of our clients you were advised of the cost to test and repair before proceeding with the work, which you approved. With each of our clients we do a follow up call a week later to see how you and the vehicle are doing. You told us at that time that everything was good.
